Can you work alongside the trades I already have?
Judy works as project manager for homeowners who are acting as their own general contractor, coordinating the trades and vendors on the job and talking directly with each one. Mention your existing trades in the form and she will talk it through with you.
What should I have ready for the first meeting?
Photos of rooms you like, a rough idea of your budget and when you would like the work finished. Judy will talk through style, budget and time frame with you during the 90-minute meeting at your home.
