Two people, two styles: she wanted white and farmhouse, he wanted dark grey and modern. The answer was a white kitchen around a long, dark island, extended so all five kids have a seat.
Inside the cabinets: a trash pull-out, secret spice storage, divided pan storage, a double oven and a mixer lift with a shelf.
